One of my very first memories is of being a Bridesmaid at Robin and Barbara's Wedding.  It was bitterly cold and he went out of his way to find a shawl for me.

He continued to be a presence throughout my life.  He gave a very funny speech at MY Wedding, when  one of his children was MY Bridesmaid.

And after my Roy died, he gave me so much support and would make sure to phone me every few weeks to make sure I was OK.  He was so very proud of his large family and always made sure to let me know the latest news of them all, for which I am so grateful.
